Domesticate

Since publications about animals are usually intended for hunters, environmentalists or animal owners, I wanted to create a cultural magazine about man-animal interactions: Domesticate. The making of this first issue has allowed me to mix photography, graphic design and editorial work. It has led me, among other field trips, to visit Tokyo cafes where owls are for rent, to meet Swiss game keepers monitoring lynx and to discover alternative methods to photography wildlife. Along with the magazine, I also designed a book with pictures from wildlife surveillance trap cameras taken in the Swiss Jura mountains.
