Elusive Matter

Elusive Matter is a study of the female form. By working on the body with my models and their relationship with their figure I developed a new sensual outlook by treating the body as material where age or shapes do not matter and unseen details are noticeable. The installation is forcing the viewer to look closely and enduringly onto it watching the body change and come alive. Between bedazzlement and repulsion this exploration creates a tension within and broadens the often accustomed perception we have towards the body.
