Caratteri Moderni is a platform merging practice and research. This type design project deals with the legacy of master Aldo Novarese by reappropriating the rich heritage of italian design culture. Forma and Magister (1966) are classics that embody the utopian research for modern visual values with italian warmth, in open dialogue with international traditions. To update their original graphic statement in a digital environment was the challenge for this project that aims to awake consciousness on the so-called Italian modernism.
